How ordering works.
We’re keeping things simple for now. Orders are processed manually, so here’s what to expect when purchasing BTI merchandise.
01 / ORDER
Choose your merchandise.
Browse the collection, then complete our online order form with your preferred items and sizes. Choose collection or delivery.
02 / PAY
Make your payment.
Pay by bank transfer and email us a screenshot or payment confirmation. If you’re collecting from BTI, you can also pay by EFTPOS when you pick up your order.
03 / COLLECT OR DELIVER
We’ll prepare your order.
Once your order and payment are confirmed, we’ll get your merchandise ready. Collect from BTI or have it delivered to your address.
Paying by bank transfer? After paying, please email a screenshot or payment confirmation to accounts@bti.ac.nz and CC reception@bti.ac.nz. Include your name so we can match the payment to your order.
Important: All items are subject to stock availability. A submitted order doesn’t automatically reserve stock. We’ll contact you if there’s an issue with your order.

| Urban delivery: $10
| Rural delivery: $16
Having your order posted? Add one matching delivery item ($10 urban or $16 rural) in the order form. Choosing a delivery method alone does not add postage. Check that your total includes it before submitting.

Once BTI has confirmed your payment, we’ll prepare your merchandise for collection or delivery.
Collecting from BTI?
If you’re collecting your merchandise from our Tauranga campus, you can pay by EFTPOS when you pick up your order.
Select campus collection and EFTPOS on collection in the order form. There’s no delivery charge.
No payment screenshot needed if you’re paying by EFTPOS in person.
