Graduands will need to meet at Memorial Park (by the Rowing Club) at 12.20 pm.

There is limited parking available, but it might be better for you to park up by Holy Trinity and walk back down to meet at Memorial Park.

Official photographs will be taken of each class group prior to the procession.

Family and friends who wish to walk up with the procession are asked to wait along Devonport Road until the procession begins.

Procession will begin at 1:25pm

Family and friends who wish to walk up with the procession are asked to wait along Devonport Road until the procession begins.

After the procession, graduands will proceed into Holy Trinity Church for the ceremony.

The ceremony takes place at the Holy Trinity Church auditorium on the corner of Third Avenue and Devonport Road in Tauranga.

The ceremony starts at 2:00pm for all programmes.

Guests will need to be seated in the auditorium by 1:50pm.

Please ask guests to allow enough time to get a car park as there is limited parking at the venue so it may be necessary to park further away and walk.

The ceremony will last approximately 2½ hours.

Graduation is a formal ceremony but it is also a celebration. Our ceremonies often have spontaneous outbursts of singing or cultural displays as family and friends provide encouragement for graduands as they walk across the stage to receive their well-earned qualifications. This adds uniqueness and warmth to our ceremonies.

As a sign of respect to other students who are graduating, please ensure that you and your guest(s) remain until the end of the ceremony.

As the weather can be unpredictable, it is very important that we have your mobile number so that we can contact you in the event of cancellation of the procession.

If it is raining, graduands will be asked to meet in the hall at Holy Trinity (where regalia was picked up) at 12:20 pm.

Official photographs will be taken of class groups onsite at Holy Trinity Church before we assemble for entry into the auditorium.
