Be equipped with the tools needed to support those experiencing trauma within your professional practice.
We are offering two new trauma focussed majors for our Professional Practice Programmes:
The Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Practice and Master of Professional Practice are designed for experienced professionals seeking to deepen their expertise and lead with confidence in their fields.
With three majors, this programme offers a comprehensive education tailored to the diverse needs of leaders and practitioners.
Our biblically-informed and culturally attuned curriculum integrates faith and professional practice, equipping graduates to make meaningful contributions to their workplaces and communities. Whether your focus is leadership, trauma-informed organisational practices, or therapeutic responses to trauma, this programme will provide you with the tools to thrive in complex, real-world environments. The trauma majors have three steps, the first of which is the Postgraduate Certificate in Responding to Trauma as described below:
Many of our teaching staff are active in research, and within our postgraduate programme our kaiako are passionate about how research can inform our practice and our professional life.
Dr Lindsay Fish and Dr Simon Webb lead our postgraduate programmes and are active researchers in their areas of interest.

BTI can also provide tailored workshops for teachers, educators and professionals, to give you accessible and relevant Christ-centred professional development opportunities to help with the challenges you face.
