At BTI, you will learn from staff who are experienced teachers and educators, researchers, practitioners, health workers and graduates themselves. Many have worked in private practice, for public institutions and for universities in Aotearoa New Zealand and overseas.
Biography
Sue is the Senior Administrator for all of BTI’s undergraduate programmes.
Sue moved to Tauranga from Yorkshire, England in 2012 with her husband and youngest daughter.
Prior to joining BTI towards the end of 2015, Sue had a number of administrative and financial roles including Office Manager.
Her ongoing passion for children’s work saw her lead, train and present at events all over the UK for children and children’s workers, as well as working as a qualified teacher aide, and establishing/leading children’s work at her local church.
Her love of creative communication led to her sharing her gifts in numerous creative arts for outreach, at conferences/events, in schools and in church services etc. She still loves to bless people in this way.
Sue recharges by taking beach and bush walks (usually with camera in tow – another passion!), gardening, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
