Biography
Sarah is the Receptionist/Administrator and welcoming face for BTI. She brings with her 23 years of experience in frontline customer service for an international company. Sarah truly enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds, aiming to provide a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors and students. Her dedication is evident in her friendly greetings, efficient handling of inquiries, and meticulous scheduling. Sarah’s goal is to create a positive and lasting impression, to ensure everyone feels valued and respected during their interactions with BTI.
Originally from Wellington, Sarah relocated to the sunny Bay with her husband Ray and daughter Kyra. Outside of work, she spends her time with other family members catching up weekly for family dinners, spending time with friends, creating memories with her pre-teen daughter, watching movies, indulging in a bit (or maybe a lot) of shopping and enjoys beach and lake walks with a sneaky real fruit ice cream to finish.
