Mary has been working at BTI since 2021 and is currently completing her Master of Professional Practice (Leadership). She brings a range of professional experience that has shaped her inclusive and learner‑focused approach.
Mary has always held a strong passion for teaching and learning, both for herself and for others. She is committed to ongoing learning as a key part of personal and professional development. Seeing others develop their skills, confidence, and knowledge brings her great satisfaction, and she is motivated by opportunities to support learners as they grow and flourish. In her role, Mary aims to foster supportive learning environments where learners feel encouraged to explore, reflect, and develop.
