You don’t have to have it all figured out.
Finishing school brings a lot of questions. What do you want to study? What kind of work would you enjoy? And what if you’re still not sure?

It’s okay to still be figuring things out.
Some people leave school knowing exactly what they want to do. Others have a few ideas. And plenty are still trying to work it out.
You might know what subjects you enjoy, what you’re good at, or the kinds of people you like working with. That’s a good place to start.
At Bethlehem Tertiary Institute (BTI), we offer study pathways for people interested in teaching, counselling and social work. If any of those sound like something you’d enjoy exploring, we’d love to help you find out more.
What interests you?

There’s more to studying than what you learn.
BTI is a Christian tertiary institute based in Tauranga. Faith shapes how we understand learning, relationships and professional practice.
We value learning in community, asking good questions and taking time to develop both the knowledge and character needed for your future profession.
Our programmes bring together academic learning, practical experience and personal reflection, with educators who get to know the people they’re teaching.
You don’t have to know exactly who you want to become to start exploring what matters to you.
Curious? Start there.
Have a look at our programmes, talk with your careers adviser or get in touch with us directly. You can ask questions, explore your options and find out what studying at BTI might look like.
