Bethlehem Tertiary Institute (BTI) is proud to announce the formation of the School of Postgraduate Studies, Research and Development, beginning in 2025. Building on a foundation of excellence in teacher education, counselling, and social work, BTI has steadily expanded its postgraduate offerings over the past decade. This new School represents a step forward in BTI’s mission to provide Christ-centred education that honours Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

Beyond Postgraduate Studies
BTI has always been about more than academic achievement. Professional development is at the heart of its work, serving local schools and international communities. Current initiatives include:

Looking Ahead
BTI is also developing new qualifications for 2026, including a Diploma in Education Support for teacher aides and a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education, furthering its commitment to serving diverse needs and communities.
The School of Postgraduate Studies, Research and Development reflects BTI’s maturity and dedication to equipping students, educators, and communities for transformational growth. As BTI continues to respond to the needs of an ever-changing world, it remains firmly grounded in its mission to integrate faith, learning, and service.
